If you’re a first-time Newsletter subscriber, that coupon code will be sent in a separate email or text after you confirm your subscription to our mailing list. Sometimes, it can take a moment to be sent, or it gets caught up in a spam/promotion filter.
After waiting 15 minutes and checking your spam filter; if you are still unable to find the code, contact our customer service team, and we can take care of it. All we need is the email address or phone number you used to subscribe.
