Can I change or update the payment details on my order?Updated 2 months ago
Once an order is locked in and paid for, we are unable to change the payment method. However, if the order hasn’t been fulfilled and shipped, we can cancel the order and create a brand-new order using the preferred payment method.
For example, if you placed an order using PayPal and want to change the payment to a credit card, contact our customer service team promptly. If possible, we’ll cancel the order, which voids the pending payment.
