Can I return an item I bought on sale?Updated 2 months ago

You can. We offer a few sales throughout the year. If you snagged an item that was on sale but it isn’t going to work out, we can take it back as long as it meets the following criteria.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be in new/unused condition, in original packaging with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

• The manufacturer's original packaging that comes with your item and all accessories that may be part of the item must also be returned undamaged.

  • This means if your item comes in a box (for instance a shoe box) you will need to ship it inside another box to keep it in new condition.

** Under our Holiday Return Policy, orders placed between now and December 25, 2025, are eligible for return until January 31, 2026. **
