Can I return my order to a store location?Updated 2 months ago

We accept online orders for return at both of our Cleanline Surf shop locations. To do so, follow the instructions below.

1. Review the return policy below:

   1. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.

   2. Items must be in new/unused condition, in original packaging with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

   3. The manufacturer's original packaging that comes with your item and all accessories that may be part of the item must also be returned undamaged.

2. If your order is eligible for return, simply bring the item(s) and a copy of your order confirmation to either of our shop locations listed below. 

3. Once there, our staff can assist with returning and/or exchanging your order.
