Can I ship to a freight forwarder?Updated 2 months ago
If you are shipping items to a freight forwarding company to have them shipped internationally, there are a few things to consider before placing an order.
- Cleanline Surf will not be responsible for any import or export charges, or compliance with regulations set by the destination country, and should be excluded on any export documentation.
- Any damage to the shipment from Cleanline Surf to the freight forwarder must be handled by you/the freight forwarding company before it is shipped outside of the US
- Lost, damaged, stolen or missing items from your shipment will not be replaced or refunded after export.
- Cleanline surf is unable to provide return labels for orders exported outside of the US
- Surfboards and certain brands may be restricted from shipping to a freight forwarder due to international and manufacturer restrictions.
