All returns require an RMA, which is short for return merchandise authorization. You can request an RMA 24/7 through our online Return Portal here. You’ll need your order number and one of the following: email, zip, or phone # on the order to get the return process started.
If you’re unable to source an RMA on the website, contact our customer service team. They can review your order to see if it qualifies for return.
