Do I need to send back a return in the original packaging?Updated 2 months ago

If your order is eligible for the $10 Pre-paid return label and you would like to use that label, the return must be sent back in the original packaging. 

In addition, if you are returning something like a hood, surf boots, or surf gloves, the item box must be placed inside another box. The original item box must be in new condition so that we can resell the item for full price. Item boxes that come back with shipping labels attached will be charged a restocking fee.
