How do I mail back a return for an item that I purchased at your store location?Updated 2 months ago
Did you swing by our Oregon shop while on vacation, make a purchase, and now you’re back home and need to return an item? That’s okay. Just follow the instructions below to get that return started.
Review our return policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in new/unused condition, in original packaging with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
The manufacturer's original packaging that comes with your item and all accessories that may be part of the item must also be returned undamaged.
If the purchase meets the criteria above, then we’re happy to take it back for return!
Simply package up your gear using an appropriately sized box.
Include a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.
If you can’t find your receipt, please contact our customer service team. We’ll need to know the date of purchase, purchase amount, and shop location of the purchase.
Include a note with your full name, phone number, and email address.
Once you’re ready to ship back the item(s), you can send it to the address below:
