How do I re-route my order?Updated 2 months ago
Sometimes, things happen, and packages need to be rerouted. We ship with UPS and USPS, which offer services that allow you to reroute, change the delivery date, and change the delivery location of your package.
UPS My Choice
UPS My Choice is a great way to leave notes for the UPS delivery driver, get delivery updates, change delivery dates or locations, and more. Please note that UPS charges a fee to reroute the package to a different address or return it to the sender. You can sign up for UPS My Choice here to see if your package is eligible for re-routing.
USPS Package Intercept
USPS Package Intercept allows the recipient to stop delivery or redirect a package if it’s not out for delivery or has already been delivered. USPS charges a fee for a successful package intercept request. To find out if your package is eligible for this service, start a request on the USPS website here.
*Please note that packages shipped via UPS Ground Saver/Sure Post are not eligible for UPS re-route or USPS package intercept.
