After our shipping team has boxed up your order and printed a shipping label for your package, you’ll receive an email that lists the shipping carrier and tracking. From that email, click “Track Package,” which will bring you to the shipping carrier's website. There, you’ll be able to view the latest updates on your order and its estimated delivery date.

In some cases, the shipping confirmation emails end up in the spam filter. Check your spam folder for an email titled “A shipment from order # is on the way” from Cleanline Surf.

If you have a Cleanline Surf account, you can track your order and shipment progress there as well.
