Once a return is received at our Oregon location, give us 1-3 business days to process that return for you. When shipping a return, we recommend that you get a tracking number so you can keep tabs on the location of the package. When we’ve processed the return on our end, you will receive a confirmation email stating that everything has been taken care of.

Please note that we receive many returns after the busy holiday season. Our return team is on it and will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible.
