Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method on the order. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please contact the bank to claim the funds after the refund has been processed.

USA Payment Refunds

Typically, it takes about 2-10 business days for a refund to reflect on your end once it’s been processed. The processing times vary depending on the type of payment method used. 

International Payment Refunds

International refunds typically take longer to process, so give it at least two weeks to receive your refund. 

Shop Pay Installment Refunds

Shop Pay Installment refunds are a bit different. Once a refund has been processed on our end, you can expect a smaller payment balance on the final payment and/or fewer future payments on the loan balance. If the refund is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then look out for a refund that covers the difference.
