Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Cleanline Surf with your tracking number within 24 hours.
Free Standard Shipping
For orders with Free Standard Shipping, please allow one business day after placing your order for processing and shipment. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In-Store Pickup
Because we stock items in multiple locations, it can take up to 24 hours for in-store pickup orders to be ready. If placed by 1 PM PST, in-store pickup orders will be ready to pick up by 3 PM PST the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be ready for pickup the next day by 3 PM PST.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping orders will be processed and shipped the same day if placed on a business day by 2:00 PM PST. If placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 2:00 PM PST, an order with expedited shipping will ship the next business day.
Expedited shipping methods include USPS Priority Express, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day. Expedited orders are not delivered on weekends or major holidays. If an order ships Next Day Air on Friday, it is delivered on Monday. If you need something delivered on a Saturday, it may be possible, so please contact our customer service team to discuss options.
Please note that we do not consider USPS Priority Mail an expedited shipping method. Orders with USPS Priority Mail ship in 1 business day and take an additional 1-3 business days to be delivered.
Surfboards & Oversized Items
Please note that surfboards can take 1 to 3 business days to ship.
Out-of-Stock Items
Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally, we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order. In most cases, we can have the item to you in an additional 7-10 business days.
