I never received my return label, what do I do?Updated 2 months ago
If you submitted an RMA request on our website and requested a return label but never received it, it may be for one of the following reasons.
We manually approve every RMA. If the request was submitted outside of work hours, it will quickly be screened between 9-5 p.m. PST.
Once a return label is approved, give it at least 10 minutes to come through on your end.
Check your spam filter. Sometimes, the return labels are automatically directed there.
Check your email address on your order. The label is automatically sent to that email address.
If you’re still unable to locate the return label, contact our customer service team. Using your Order # and name, we’ll be able to access that return label on our end and email it to the email address of your choice.
