I received a damaged item, what do I do?Updated 2 months ago
While we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors, like shipping and handling, are out of our control, and issues like this can happen.
If you notice damage to an item upon receiving your order, please send us photos of the broken/damaged item(s) you received and photos of the packaging. To start that process, please submit an RMA request using the online Return Portal here. Select the item(s) that arrived damaged, and under the reason for return, select “Item is Damaged/Defective.”
Once we receive the RMA request, our customer service team will assist you with a return or exchange as quickly as possible.
