I selected In-Store pickup, why am I being charged sales tax?Updated 2 months ago

Since our two shops are located in Oregon, we offer free in-store pickup. That said, take a look at the “shipping address” on your order. The system automatically charges sales tax based on that address even though you selected “In-store Pickup” as the shipping method.

No worries if the order has already been placed. Our team is happy to assist with the fix. Once an order is placed, we can’t manually remove the sales tax charge. However, we can help cancel the order and create a new one without a sales tax charge.
