My order is showing "delivered" but I can't find it, what do I do?Updated 2 months ago

If your order is marked as ‘delivered’ but you cannot locate it, verify two things: 

1. Check your order confirmation and verify the shipping address on your order is correct. 

2. Check with neighbors. Misdelivery is very common. 

If you can’t locate your package after verifying the shipping address is correct and checking with any neighbors, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we will make sure you are taken care of.
