What do I do if I don't have a printer?Updated 2 months ago
If you don’t have access to a printer but want to use our pre-paid return label, we’ve got a few ideas for you. Unfortunately, the labels do not contain a QR code for scanning. The label needs to be printed in order to be used. Hopefully, one of the options below will work for you:
If you have a smartphone, once you are at the shipping carrier drop location, forward the email containing the return label to the email address provided by the staff there.
If you don’t have a smartphone, contact the shipping carrier location where you plan to drop off the package. Ask for their advice on how to forward the label to them. They will be able to advise on the best way to proceed.
Email the label to a friend or family member nearby who has a printer and ask them to print it for you.
Or, visit your local library, printing shop, or office supply store. Any of those locations typically offer printing services for a small fee. They will require that you email them the return label, or you can save it on a USB thumb drive and print it using that method.
