What items qualify for the $10 Pre-Paid Return Label?Updated 2 months ago

To help offset return shipping costs, we offer a $10 pre-paid return label for most orders shipped to the lower 48 states, excluding oversized items. If the item you want to return isn’t on the list of oversized items, then it most likely qualifies for the return label. 

Simply start your return using our online Return Portal. Once there, it will confirm whether your return is eligible for the $10 return label. 

A few examples of specific items that qualify for the return label are:

• Wetsuits

• Surf boots and other footwear

• Surf gloves

• Helmets

• Surf gear accessories

• Apparel
