If you need to submit a warranty claim due to a manufacturer defect, you can submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request through our <a href="https://www.cleanlinesurf.com/a/returns" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Return Portal</a> using the following steps:<ul><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Select the return reason &quot;Item is damaged or defective&quot;</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide pictures of the damaged/defective area(s): both close up and from afar</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Add comments you feel are necessary to describe the issue and how it happened in better detail</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If approved, send the item back using the provided pre-paid shipping label</li></ul>Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Warranty team. If your claim is approved, you will be provided with a FREE pre-paid return label to ship the defective product back to us. Defective products must be returned clean and dry.
