Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

After an order has been placed, there is a small window of opportunity to cancel it. As long as the order hasn’t been processed and shipped, we should be able to help out. 


If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order. We’ll respond promptly and follow up once everything has been resolved. Once an order has been canceled, the pending charge will be voided and will simply disappear shortly.
