After an order is processed and leaves our Oregon warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).
However, both UPS and USPS offer services that might allow you to initiate a request to send the package back to the sender. See, How do I re-route my package?
Another option is to let the package be delivered and then submit a return request. See, How do I start a return?
