Did you accidentally order the wrong size or item? Or have you changed your mind about how many bars of wax you need for your next surf trip?
Contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order, and we’ll let you know if there is still time to make any edits. As long as the order hasn’t been processed and shipped, we should be able to help out.
Please note that if the order total increases after the order edits, we’ll email you an invoice for payment and hold the order until everything is paid for.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any edits if the order has already been fulfilled and shipped. See, How do I re-route my package? or How do I start a return?
