If you can catch us before your order is processed and shipped, we’ll gladly help you change the shipping method. Whether you want to upgrade to expedited shipping or you want to get your order shipped instead of doing in-store pickup, let us know. Contact our customer service team, and they’ll tell you if there is still time to make any changes.
Quite often, we receive orders with “In-store pickup” selected as the shipping method. If that was a mistake, no worries. When screening orders, if we suspect an error, our customer service team will contact you to confirm whether or not you plan to pick up your order here at one of our Oregon shops.
In the event that the order total increases after changing the shipping method, we’ll email you an invoice and hold the order until everything is paid for. We can also take payment over the phone.
Unfortunately, once the order ships, it’s too late to change the shipping method. However, in some cases, the shipping address can be changed by contacting the shipping carrier. See, How do I reroute my package?
